Policies

1. Katharina Nous is a small one-person jewelry line.
All orders are costum made and will be shipped 2 - 4 weeks after being placed. Please note that delays may occur due to sickness or other unexpected occurences, in which case the costumer will be informed.

2. All products are carefully handcrafted and unique. Please note that they may appear slightly different in shape and colour.

3. All national orders will be shipped by German standard mail which does not include tracking. It is certainly possible to add tracking and/or express shipment at an extra cost. Please make sure to state any wishes of the sort when placing an order. All international orders will be shipped with tracking included. 

4. Katharina Nous is not responsible for lost or damaged mail.

5. Any taxes, duties or fees upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. All orders are final.
